Summer Commissioning |
On Sunday, 02 Jul 06, Virginia Tech Naval ROTC commissioned two new naval officers. Laura Hannum commissionined as an Ensign in the US Navy and Patrick Fenton commissioned as a 2nd Leiutenant in the US Marine Corps. Captain Thomas G. Rubenstein, Commanding Officer Virginia Tech Naval ROTC, and Commander Jeffrey S. Beeby, Executive Officer, Virginia Tech Naval ROTC, presided over the ceremonies.
