T-44 Flight

Upperclass midshipmen who are interested in pursuing an aviation career got a chance on 28 and 29 September to fly a T-44. The T-44 was piloted by Capt Moor, USMC, a CH-46 pilot who volunteered to take midshipmen up and allow them to pilot the aircraft. T-44s are used as trainers at flight school and is the military version of the Beechcraft King Air B90. A special thanks is given to the Roanoke area OSO, Capt McFaul for setting up the T-44 flights.
