2004 Fall Commissioning

On 17DEC04 1430 ENS Jacobs was commissioned by CMDR Beeby. In attendance were ENS Jacobs' parents John and Trisha Jacobs, 16 friends and family members and Staff members from both the Naval Unit and the VTCC. ENS Jacobs' parents removed the tape covering his rank officially making him an ensign in the United States Navy.
